Your role is about people, not paperwork.

Planique offers NDIS plan management for support coordinators — reliable information and prompt, human communication, so you can focus on supporting your participants.

Why coordinators work with us

  • We answer. A real person, fast — no ticket queues.
  • Clear processing target. We aim to process compliant invoices within two business days, subject to participant authorisation, NDIA claim processing and payment controls.
  • Clear reporting. Up-to-date budget information whenever you need it for your participants.
  • Accountant oversight. Financial rigour that keeps plans clean and review-ready.
  • A named contact. You’ll deal with someone who knows your participants’ plans.

Refer a participant

Onboarding is quick and we keep you informed every step of the way. Send us a referral and we’ll take it from there.

What we need, and what happens next

What we need: participant name, NDIS number, plan dates, contact details (theirs or their nominee’s), current plan manager if they’re switching, and confirmation of consent.

What happens next:

  1. We come back to you within one business day.
  2. We contact the participant or nominee to introduce ourselves and confirm the details.
  3. We aim to set up the Planique account within two business days after receiving consent and the information we need.
  4. If they’re switching, we coordinate the handover with their previous plan manager and write to their providers with the new billing details.
  5. We confirm back to you when they’re live.

You stay in the loop throughout, and you don’t have to chase us for step 5.

Why coordinators recommend a plan manager carefully

Your recommendation carries your reputation. If a plan manager pays slowly, the participant’s providers pull back and you’re the one holding the relationship together.

Three things we’d suggest checking of any plan manager, including us:

A number, not an adjective. “Prompt” is not a measurable target. We aim to process compliant invoices within two business days, subject to participant authorisation, NDIA claim processing and payment controls.

Who checks invoices, and when. A plan manager that pays first and reconciles later is spending your participant’s budget on other people’s mistakes. We check before payment — plan coverage, price limit, support category, dates, ABN.

Who’s accountable for the numbers. Planique is led by Marc Wiriadisastra, a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Financial oversight is a profession here, not a job title. About Planique →

Participants who are switching

Participants can choose their plan manager. They need to tell the current manager, meet any service-agreement notice requirements and notify the NDIS. With participant consent, Planique can help coordinate the handover and keep the participant and coordinator informed.

The most common failure in a handover is providers still invoicing the old plan manager weeks later. We write to them, so it doesn’t land on you. How switching works →

Working together on complex plans

Where you’ve got multiple providers, several funding categories, a nominee and a reassessment on the horizon, careful bookkeeping is the difference between a plan that lasts the year and one that doesn’t.

We’ll flag a category burning faster than the plan period rather than waiting for you to ask, and we’ll tell you when a provider has stopped invoicing — which is often the first sign a support has quietly stopped.

Coordinator questions

Can I refer a participant who isn’t in Perth? Yes. We support participants across Western Australia, and plan management is done remotely.

Do their providers need to be NDIS-registered? Plan-managed participants can generally use registered and unregistered providers, subject to their plan and the current NDIS support rules.

What if the participant isn’t sure yet? Send them to us for a no-pressure conversation, or book one and sit in on it.

Can I get budget reports for my own reporting? Yes, with the participant’s consent. Just ask.

Do you take referrals from LACs and providers too? Yes. Refer a participant →
