How plan-management funding works

If plan management is included in your NDIS plan, the plan includes funding for this service. Planique does not charge participants a setup fee, exit fee or separate out-of-pocket service fee.

How the funding works

  • No separate Planique service charge. Planique does not charge participants a setup fee, exit fee or separate out-of-pocket service fee.
  • Funding must be included in your plan. The NDIA decides whether plan management is included and how it is funded.
  • Check your service agreement. You can choose to change managers, subject to any notice requirements and the relevant NDIS steps.

What the NDIS pays us

The NDIA sets price limits and claiming rules for plan management. Current arrangements can change, so use the official NDIS pricing page for the latest schedule.

  • Included funding: Your NDIS plan must include funding for plan management.
  • Current price limit: See the official NDIS pricing schedule.
  • Our registration group: 0127 — Management of funding for supports in participants’ plans.

Pricing arrangements can be updated by the NDIA. Check the official NDIS pricing page for the schedule that applies to the date of service.

The bottom line: If plan management is included in your NDIS plan, the plan includes funding for this service. Planique does not charge participants a setup fee, exit fee or separate out-of-pocket service fee.

A word of reassurance: Planique will explain how the service is funded before onboarding and will not charge you a separate out-of-pocket service fee.

What if plan management isn’t in my plan yet?

Ask the NDIS about adding plan management. The NDIA decides whether it is included and what information is required.

At a planning meeting or reassessment, tell your planner or LAC you would like plan management considered. If you already have a plan, contact your my NDIS representative or the NDIA to discuss a change.

The NDIA decides how plan-management funding is included. Ask how the change would apply to your individual plan.
