Privacy Policy
Planique Pty Ltd (ABN 95 683 722 456) is committed to protecting your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and to meeting our obligations as a registered NDIS provider.
- What we collect: your name and contact details, NDIS number and plan details, provider and invoice information, and records needed to manage your plan.
- Why we collect it: to deliver plan-management services — paying providers, tracking your budget, claiming with the NDIS, and reporting to you.
- How we use and share it: only for delivering your services and meeting legal/NDIS obligations. We don’t sell your information. We share it only with your consent, or where required or authorised by law.
- How we store and protect NDIS service records: securely, within Australia, using access controls, encryption and our information-security and data-breach procedures.
- Your rights: you can ask to access or correct your information, or withdraw consent, at any time.
- Retention: we keep records only as long as required by NDIS rules and law, then securely destroy them.
- Concerns: contact us (privacy@planique.com.au) — you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Website analytics and cookies
Essential cookies help this website function. Optional Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is used only if you choose to accept analytics in our consent banner. We apply that opt-in choice to all visitors. GA4 helps us understand visits to public pages, improve the website and count successful contact-form enquiries. We may link that enquiry event to our Google Ads account to measure Search campaign performance. We do not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, NDIS numbers or health information to GA4 or Google Ads as part of this measurement. GA4 may receive page URLs and titles, browser and device information, approximate location and a pseudonymous browser identifier. Google may process website analytics data outside Australia. We have disabled advertising personalisation and set GA4 user and event data retention to two months.
Website analytics runs by default. Because it starts when you arrive, your first page view is recorded before you make a choice. Rejecting stops further collection from this browser; it does not erase what was already recorded, and you can contact us with a privacy request. You can turn it off at any time by selecting Reject analytics in the consent banner, which you can reopen using the Manage consent control shown on every page. Please do not put NDIS numbers, health details or other sensitive information in page URLs. We configure GA4 to redact common contact and NDIS-related URL parameters, but automated redaction is not a substitute for keeping sensitive details out of URLs. See how Google uses information from sites using its services. For questions, contact privacy@planique.com.au.
